actually Hot River is quite Floydy-sounding (early 70's rockier style), the rest quite distinctly non-floydian.

Check out the beginning of Do Ya for Miles Davis vibes, and during the line in Mineralist where Philip Glass is invoked we get either a homage or a pisstake to the typical Glass sound.
 

I dont listen to anything after Meddle, that and Saucer being my favorite 2, I wonder for those who prefer stuff Darkside onwards, do you also listen to that early stuff as well ?
