Tbh I thought he would want someone better.
I could be wrong but he could be using it to put pressure on Napoli for Allan who he knows very well, maybe they want too much.

All depends on if Napoli are needing the money, they're a notoriously tough club to deal with, we'd be doing very well to get good value out of them - I'd love to see Allan here tho, definitely
