Ah the old chip on the shoulder thread. Ignoring that Ross had 20 England caps whilst playing (often dreadfully) for Everton.

Also ignoring the England caps that Pickford, Jags, Baines, Stones, Lescott, Rooney, Osman, Rodwell, etc got whilst at Everton.
