So my best mate is a huge Porto fan, moved over to Liverpool a couple of years back.. I asked him what he thought of Pereira and his name being linked with Everton. He had this to say:
"He's crap. Didn't do too well at Porto, doesn't have a strong enough personality and couldn't carry Porto on to better things despite such a strong team. Still needs to gain a lot of experience too. Just think of the Malaga match, that pretty much sums up our season."
Personally, I wouldn't mind bringing in Pereira, seems a better option than the majority of names we've been linked with. Plus, his facial hair is just top.
