There is..... a team can have all of their players in the box for a goal kick if they want to.... but no opposition player is allowed in until the ball is kicked

Have they brought that rule in that the ball becomes dead if it is saved or hits the post?

Don't think so.
All new rules have been played in tournaments throughout the summer and this wasn't one of them.

....Sigurdsson should be fine because he strikes a ball so sweetly, can’t understand his failings. It would be ideal for Richarlison but I really don’t like his run up.

DCL actually takes a good penalty but might not always be on the pitch. I’d go with Kean.

Not Siggy please , he's lost it , in fact sell him . You need someone who isn't a fancy Dan , so yeah Digne or maybe Gomes although I'd need to see him take one first to make my mind up , Rooney used to be excellent then he started with the stuttering run up now he's a 50% scorer now .
