With Howard and Archie Styles going in the opposite direction, to Brum.
 
While we are talking about FIFA. Why don't we do a grand theft auto on the Watford board and torture them with electric shocks and water boarding like in the last game to get their players??

Sanchez - Mkhitaryan happened last transfer window, so they do happen. Watford wouldn't sell us a turd sandwich, however, let alone give us their most promising player in a swap deal with some of our worst players.
 
We did a famous one years ago, we traded Howard Kendal and Archie Styles plus cash for Bob Latchford which if my memory serves me well was equivalent to £350,000 for big Bob, a then British record, just about a weeks wages for some now.

Closer to home Lukaku/Rooney. So yeah, they happen.

I hear you mate, but I really think we have turned a corner with the "Everton that" situation.
Brands looks like a capable DoF and after the recent managerial debacles Moshiri will be only too aware of how important the next five years are going to be.
The future is bright people.

I think it would be a bad deal if you gave up the matchbox car in a 'pre-loved' condition.

They do, but not in the traditional sense for us. We give Man united our best players, and then for the following years we take all their dross.

Rooney, Fellaini, lukaku to United.

Neville, cleverly, Gibson, saha, morgan, rooney to us. (I left out Howard as he was good for us for a while and he has a good beard). Admittedly Saha and Morgan could be construed as ok signings but both have failed to carry it through.
