Somewhere round stanley park avenue north. I park at my cousins, but the council keep intending to make it permits only.

If you're prepared to walk a bit then all the streets by the Arkles and near Liverpool's ground are free to park in. Plus it's not busy so easy to get away, by the time I get to Anfield Road there are only about five Everton fans about.

If you know the area well then go to Orwell Road. Its a long stretch of free parking and your pretty much guaranteed to get a space especially for this game. Only about 10 mins walk to the ground.
