It's hard to be good at so many events but after 15 years or more of training that throw you'd think the technique and speed would be there.

Been doing my job 20 years, crap at every aspect of it.

I'm in absolute admiration of all of them, for every discipline. I reckon I'd probably end up throwing a javelin through me own 'ead.
