Makes sense. He leaves when he's not at the absolute bottom of his reputation and he's salvaged it a bit with wins against top teams (Spurs Chelsea) and midtable ones (us, RS). He's brought some youngsters through at Newcastle, and Palace have a great youth team, and he can hopefully have a good spell before the inevitable cack starts (no doubt by winning against us)

Sighs deeply. Oh, and when all the "Palace legend" cark comes up; He did one thing right in a three year career....ONE.
