Panstadia article on the new stadium

I often used to read Panstadia back in the day and it's a great resource for new developments in stadia design.

Anyway, in the latest issue is apparently a piece on the new stadium. It's a fair price for each issue but there's a piece on TW about it.

Doesn't sound that in depth: "lots of graphic images of the new stadium and a couple of full-page ads broke it up", and they lean heavily on the club for their comments on the proposed Kirkby stadium and Goodison's 'possiblities'.

Well it's hard to comment too much because we only have that guys version of the article. It would be nice to have the full version posted up somewhere.

i don't know about the article in question, but it's easy to comment on the kirkby proposal : it's [Poor language removed].
