Personally, he is the genuine amoeba of footballing management... actually football as a whole to be fair.

Not going to take that much to keep Palace safe. Only the teams in the Europe places have more goals than them. They just need a little defensive improvement. Plus there's no way 40 points will be the cutoff line this year, more like 33-35 I think.

He isnt a duff manager though. Worked wonders with Bolton, think they sacked him cos they were 10th. Got West Ham up, and kept them up, kept Sunderland up, was appointed an England manager.

Would I want him here? Not in a million years. But he has a steady record of doing what his Chairman asks him to do.
