Oviedo debut?

So I'm hearing that Oviedo doesn't have clearance to play tomorrow night.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think our club seems to lack adminstrational competence. Time and time again there seems to be inefficient or incompetent admin/behind the scenes work going on. We missed the deadline for a free transfer and now it seems a player we signed TWO weeks ago hasn't got clearance yet.

Other clubs don't seem to have these problems. Do we not learn by our mistakes?

I know, I'm just a bit annoyed at it. Still two weeks should be enough time to process an application. If FIFA and uefa can't anticipate the extra work load and get a few more staff in around this time of the year, then I have no hope for humanity!
