Does anyone else think we are guilty of over-egging it occasionally? I believe Jelavic is far better playing off a front man as was shown for his goal v Spurs on Sunday. It would release Fellaini more and give us better options.

I quite liked this bit of the post.

I would love to see us experiment with 3-5-3. My starting XI would be:-

Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Baines, Mirallas, Osman, Fellaini, Hitzlsperger, Pienaar, Jelavic, Vellios.
I know the defence would be under pressure, but not many teams would get through that midfield.
Discuss.

I didn't like this bit very much I'm afraid. That defence is an absolute brainwrong.

You could apply similar logic and say that with some decent time wasting by Everton we would have more points and be higher. Norwich, Newcastle and Fulham spring to mind.
