The one that shocked me the most was the US. European teams can get shafted by a bad group or lose to actual competition but the US play in a weak federation that has more teams qualify than it should. They came 5th in a group of 6 that had the 49th 69th and 83rd ranked teams in. At least the insufferable types that show up at pubs to support their country without any sporting knowledge wont be visible this summer.
