Our squad and if they fit in with Silva's tactics/strategy

i cant see many of our players from last year being able to adapt to a high press, high tempo game.
we were one of the laziest teams going who hoofed the ball up at every chance they got.
gana, Walcott , coleman, and maybe some of the youth teamers will be ok.
we would literally need a whole new back four capable of playing a high line.
this season could be disaterous for silva if he and brands fail to get the right players to fit his system.
we have a team full of donkeys,

Bit unkind to donkeys...but I get your gist

I guess it's all about opinion, being a forum n' all...but I don't think Sandro is boss at all

Not suggesting you do. I do find it all a bit odd though that people seem happy to get rid of Niasse who did well last year but Sandro should get a chance because he scored some goals in Spain a year ago when he looked every bit as bad as Niasse when he first came here I reckon.

we have a team full of donkeys, not capable of sprinting

Quite incredible when you think this is what Koeman reckons his preferred style of football is!

What? I thought McCarthy could be back at the start of this season.
If, granted it's a big if, he can stay fit, I'd imagine he's a Silva type player
Coleman reported in the Irish press as saying that McCarthy is targeting international games in October, but given his previous groin problems and not having a preseason sounds a long shot.

I’d be in favour of getting rid of both if I’m being honest

Depends on who comes in I suppose.

I don't get what more Niasse has to do though. Scores goals, changes games and obviously has a very strong mentality.
I agree but I just don’t think his all round game is good enough
I’ve great admiration for the lad for his character and the effort he puts in.
I can’t see him leaving though.
DCL needs a loan to a championship team to try and find his scoring boots
Sandro I think will go back to Spain and we will break even.
Tosun in my opinion is not good enough but maybe a full season with a settled side and a manager with a different attitude will prove me wrong.
So unless we can bring in another quality CF I can see Naisse staying

I'd say only really Walcott, Siggy, Cenk, Niasse, Davies, Coleman, Gueye, Lookman, Vlasic, Beni, Holgate have the fitness and athleticism required to play Silva's press. Question marks on the rest really

Don't get me wrong I don't think he should be an automatic starter or anything, I do think he is a useful asset though. If he is happy to stay as a squad man who can come on for 30 minutes here and there I would be happy to keep him.

Not sure on Calvert-Lewin. I see a lot of people saying he needs to find his scoring boots but I think its a tough one to judge him on currently. last year we were so poor at creating chances that he never really got much of a chance to be bad in front of goal or anything. He did miss a couple of bad ones but that happens. In a better team with better attacking options he may score more and the chances he misses will not matter as much then. I think similar can be said of Tosun really as well. It's hard to judge any of our strikers based off last season just by the nature of how the team was.

It will be amazing what organization can do, tactics, a plan, a few new faces and a system.

We had none of this under Koeman, Walsh or Alardyce.
The first two mentioned are guilty of gross negligence if you ask me. Buying anyone without a clue of how to use them.
Alardyce destroyed any attacking confidence.

Not saying we’re the new Barcelona, but I think we’ll be much improved.

So what you're saying is, we're going to win the treble?
