Honestly I think they do a very good job doing a very thankless bit of volunteering for the community.
The only thing I'd like to see is more thread bans and less closing of threads. I think there are some fascinating political threads that end up getting locked because folks allow their tempers to get the best of them and the threads devolve into a pissing match.
I'd rather see those involved thread banned (maybe 24 hours for first offense...a week for second) so the conversation can continue.

Still the best forum on the net by a mile, even with a few hiccups. On reflection modding is a thankless task and you wouldn't see me doing it. Despite the moans have to remember people sacrifice a lot of time to run this place. This isn't an arse kissing exercise, simply the facts.
