I posted something on Iago Aspas a couple of months ago. Been the stand out player in a god awful Celta de Vigo team. I mentioned him in a thread about possible, realistic reinforcements. Pretty Quick, energetic and with an eye for goal. Improvement on Downing if he adapts to the prem.
As for the other guy, can't place him.

Iago Aspas is indeed a quality player, but have my doubts about him being replacement for Downing - don't see him doing well in Premier League out wide, probably his best position is as attacking midfielder/support striker, similar to Michu, but unlike him he can't play as CF.
