Yep I think Celtic know this is the best they will get with his injury history. Plus there board is supposedly abit tight. Same level as Levy at spurs. They will spend 50% of the received fee and keep the rest.

If the scale of his injury has become clearer over the last 12 months (plus he's had an operation for a double hernia not so long ago), then maybe they recognise clubs aren't going to go higher.
