Hopefully he plays well but suspect if he plays he'll be firefighting in an awful Norwich defence.

Yeah, they look clueless at the moment. Think it starts with the keeper, but they are rank bad.
That said, it is possible to play well in bad defences, thinking Andersen at Fulham last season.
Honestly, didn't know he was so young, think he was on a hiding to nothing with them.
Well you can have good defensive actions of course if you watch out for that player but it'll be more "oh Norwich lost 3-0? All of them suck".

It's why online "scouting" for defenders is harder than a striker/attacker. If they score, people can assume they did well (Werner). If they concede people assume they're crap (Godfrey).
