Honestly this did get us a bad owner and the playoff final loss to Fulham saw us implode to getting these amazing owners. Both 100% played a role in getting completely rebuilt.

its a very risky proposition to try and do that (achieving promotion back) but it forces clubs to get financially responsible — it’s why I’m a bit happy Newcastle didn’t go down because there likely would’ve been a takeover.
