He is a cracking defender, much better than Tarkowski for me.

All about opinions mate, but only Branthwaite is better than him, at our club in that position.

Tarkowski smashed last season in terms of clearances, blocks, headed clearances, mistakes leading to goals. Not to mention him being a danger in the opposition box
His contribution last season goes massively underrated because of Branthwaite and how he seems to fall apart when partnered with Michael Keane

Not saying at all that Tarkowski is bad, I like him. Good old fasioned defender, but has limitations and for me Anderson is better.

Tarky stats are great, and many of the stats you used are higher that Saliba, Gabriel, Stones, Dias, Ake and loads of others names, does not make him better than them.....it makes him busier than them.

Keane was actually better than Tarky in recent games.

I like Tarky, seems a good lad. He is a decent player.
