Clever of Manu. This deal has been pretty much done since last summer when LVG was his World cup coach I'd expect. Announcing the deal now whilst United are looking turd is great PR. Keeps the fans/tourists quiet about the fact that LVG has lost the plot.

If we can win Monday night that pretty much guarantees a summer free of qualifying rounds so I'd like to see us go out and buy the 4 players we need by the 1st couple of weeks in June. At the very least agree the fee and personal terms.

Is there any interest in Krychowiak from Sevilla? He was linked with Arsenal few times, but I don't know is it still on.

Think he could be a great Flamini replacement. He's proper defensive mid, something which you really lack.

Sorry Polish only jut seen this. The links with Krychowiak seem to have gone a bit quiet. Rumours here are that there are 3 players they are looking at very hard. Carvalho from Sporting,Schneiderlin of Southampton and Cabaye. As everything with Arsenal the cost rather than the value will be the most important.

Krychowiak was very good again for Sevilla last Thursday, with the way Sevilla always sell at least one top player, I can see one of the bigger clubs being linked. I hope it's us because having him and Coquelin in our midfield would make us pretty tough to beat away from home.
