Surely the whole point of a jury is to decide uninfluenced on the actions. A judges opinion surely influences their thoughts.

His family is very well connected...and very wealthy: and justice, whilst it's supposed to be blind, isn't.
I think anybody with rational mind knows what the verdict should be, but I am sceptical as to that outcome being realised.

Oo it just got interesting. She judge quoted him saying he never intended to shoot, but she disagrees with it, saying he wouldn't have armed himself with a gun to hit somebody over the head with it, as he could have done that with his cricket bat. "He clearly wanted to use the firearm".
