You know what evidence aobut hearing noises is pretty conclusive, as a neighbor would only scream multiple times if she was scared, and pistorious hitting the door with a cricket bat wold not envoke screams unless there was a clear motive to him doing that. Plus hitting with the cricket bat would mean she would have had time to call out to him before the door was opened so he could recognise it was her and not an intruder which means if he went ahead and shot her anyway then he would have had enough notice and time to distinguish who it actually was.
And one other thing, if he thought it was an intruder in the house, looking at the room of the toilet, and his eagerness to defend his home, he would have just shot through the door and therefore hit whatever was inside before opening, making the encounter much more one sided in his favour. The fact he apparently opened the door first without knowing what has on the other side means he was either extremely reckless in this regard or.....
