Opposition players who you respect

There's always talk about rival/opposition players and the hatred, such names include Alli, Henderson, Lingard, Wilshere, Herrera, Firmino, etc but what opposition/rival players do you respect? I have drawn out some names who I respect, despite the club they are playing for.

My list is:

Mata
David Silva
Salah
De Gea
Giroud

I also had a lot of respect for Frank Lampard in his playing days. So what is your list?

and a few more of this era, back when i watched loads of games and rarely missed MotD (or whatever it was called on ITV).

from the dark side normally there's never anyone but i admit Alonso was a likeable player.

nowadays i honestly don't follow other teams enough to form much of an opinion.

Agree with all of these except Keane. Thought he disgraced himself with the Haaland incident and I lost all respect for him doing that to a fellow professional.
