The rest would see the door in due course and Moshiri can take a step back and focus on the part he's best at, being a business man. Focus on the stadium, marketing etc and leave a director with experience and knowledge capable of handling all football related issues.

Exactly. The D of F then hires the manager and they report to him. Pretty simple really. This idea that the manager is the most important guy or even crazier, that the same person should both manage the team and run player buying, selling, or scouting, is completely insane. Just get a smart football guy that can adhere to a singular vision and get a strong tactician/trainer to coach the first team.
