Wouldn't be surprised if she turns up at the next Olympics doing Taekwondo or karate. Or horse dancing. One of those rare people who excel at anything they put their mind to. Incredible athlete

Was a terrific Olympics this one. Much better than Rio and Beijing. On par with Athens.

I think she has a Similar number of caps for Wales to Aaron Ramey , can you imagine if someone like that won an Olympic gold ? Before you factor in the kickboxing and other achievements, ridiculous.
BBC just showed some of the group rhythmic gymnastics and it is one of the craziest things I've seen. Some of the moves would make Messi jealous. One of the Bulgarian women did a backheel half volley on a hula hoop. I tried to find a video to share here but couldn't find one but it is well worth checking out.

I saw that and I was in awe. They were throwing it backwards, without looking, and it landed exactly where it should be across the platform. Madness!
It was one of the craziest things I've ever seen. There was one move where she jumped over the hula hoop and then caught it with her feet and threw it back over her head. I haven't explained that very well but you watched it so you will know what I mean
