Old players costing us points

Tony Cottee hasn't scored a single goal for us yet this season. His lack of goals has cost us at least 7 points in the 2 games we've drawn so far this season.

I disagree, didnt help, but the only reason they got a point from that was Baines letting them back into the game with a horrible penalty, and then not doings his job at the near post. Even with Richy off they didnt do much of anything from the run of play.

I can see where this is going.

Old players are costing us points, so let's get rid of any player over 30. Then when we still concede/drop points, let's get rid of all the young players. When we still let in silly goals and drop points then we can get rid of anyone else who is left. What do you know, no more mistakes.

Were 3 league games in to the season, Jagielka and Baines have already cost us 4 points which will effect us come the end of the season.
This is proof why we shouldnt keep players past their sell by date.
