…feel sea sick just looking at the IOM boat, waves coming onto the top deck when I went there as a kid.
Many happy memories in that swimming arena - but you had to be a hard knock boy it was rough - the small café upstairs was OK too... the Spring board was ace into the 14-foot deep pool - the high diving board I used to jump off it aged 11 years old - the springboard I stood on the edge & two big kids bounced the board & I went in like a swan - barstwerts - sore all over .....
