Is that Marwood Heights at the bottom or is it further up?

My family on my dad’s side lived in Poyntz St for over 50 years, which is located on the exact spot of the buoy and anchor on the corner of Kirkdale Rd/Great Homer St.

…not sure if it’s Millview Tower or Marwood at the bottom of Havelock St.
