Colin Harvey returned to Everton in 1997 as Director of Youth Coaching and is pictured here with a group of youth players, including future England international Francis Jeffers on the right. Based at Netherton, he coached a side to a Youth Cup triumph in 1998 and a second side to a Youth Cup final in 2002, before he retired from football the following year -
