Everton's Ian Snodin giving his side an early lead at Newcastle United, which ended up in a 1-1 draw back in October 1987.

I was there then went up to Edinburgh the following day to watch us at Hearts in a testimonial game for Walter Kidd.

I was there that day. I paid 80p in the upper Park end stand. We were leading 2-0 courtesy of the Latch. Somehow, we allowed Carlisle back in to win the game.

And it pretty much cost us the title
