We murdered Utd. that day Joey, somebody threw an orange out of the paddock towards Maurice Setters, Setters, I'm fairly sure it was him, casually picked it up and started eating it. The players were so much more human back then, so many of them, like Setters, Summerbee, Dougan etc. delighted in having banter with the fans. So much more fun in the game back then.

Sure was & the wages they got was a pittance really -

Assuming all the photos are from the same season it must be the 12.3.60 game because Springett only started played for Sheff Wed in the late 50s

Was watching an Everton v Wolves game on YouTube. 1980ish.
The crowd just singing irrelevant songs...with broad scouse accents...Colin Todd's debut for us....what a team we had back then
