think they said they would sell when asked by the echo a while back, although i think your correct in that they they knocked everton back when they build the main stand, who knows?

Wouldn't honestly want them to. If it were a choice between losing the church and losing Goodison maybe, but it's a part of the place and no doubt holds many of its own memories for those who attend for non-footballing reasons. Would be a shame if it went.
