They have actually made football more accessible. Would you rather pay £10 odd a month for Setanta or be daft enough to pay £30 odd or whatever it is now for sky? I know what i would prefer.

tons of streaming around, mate. cancelled the subscription to my local cable sports package a while ago and never looked back. been able to catch more Everton games online than i did on the box, and it's all free!

It's not really Setanta's fault, they're just trying to sneak their hand into the Prem's pot of gold. It's more the FA/government that are to blame, the auctioning system for television rights is terrible. If they want to have real competition then it shouldn't really be possible to purchase exclusive games, you should be able to watch on whatever channel you want. That way the actual quality of the programming would be all important, rather than having to watch a load of ****e just because it's the only place to see it.

How have they? I have paid the same for Sky then I did last year. If you also remember last season the paid games on Sky were never really much cop. But FA Cup games, having to pay for FA Cup matches? It's shocking.

Streaming is no substitution from digital tv. It really isn't.

Like Setanta myself, it's one of them, if you have it through Virgin it's fantastic because it means you get a lot more football to watch.
