Why are TV news teams pronouncing storm Claudia as storm Cloudier? Is it because it was cloudy when Claudia was here? (and there's no 'o' in Shrewsbury, either).

Will be due to the Spanish pronunciation which is like Cloudia, or probably any other latin language
