In what World does Davey Moyes think Doucoure who has been absolutely terrible all season is a better choice than Alcaraz, suppose his mate Harrison is playing as well ?

I get the Doucoure fume as there’s players like Alcaraz that could be playing instead.

But the Harrison fume (as much as I don’t rate him either) is silly. We’ve no other wingers fit & available. Hopefully by next week he makes way for McNeil, but clearly McNeil not ready to start games yet.

Tbh what has Broja done to deserve a start ?

It would have been nice to see a few other options from the youth or even Charley and cherms, since many of these players will be out the door in a month or so.

Can’t really knock the job Moyes has done since coming back really tho can we?

I’m not a Harrison fan but he’s a better winger than Alcatraz and Lindstrom, he will also put a shift in defensively too. He actually likes to cross a ball too which is rare in the modern game.

I can understand him not chancing kids or Chermiti yet as he knows every point could make a big deal deference to his summer spending plans. Hopefully Broja and Beto are gone in the summer and Chermiti can have another good pre-season.

Broja is starting over Chermiti because Chermiti will be here for pre-season and Broja won't. And Doucoure is starting over Alcaraz because with every Alcaraz start we get closer to spending 15m. I don't think it's rocket science really.

Cant complain about results. Can complain about short termism.

I feel sorry for fans paying money or (like myself) spending time watching at crazy hours only for this manager to put out a team which is anti-Everton.

We need at least one new forward this summer. Beto has missed multiple big chances last few games, played poorly and they will likely be looking to sell in the summer,
Maybe they want a closer look at Broja.

can't knock him but at the same time I'm getting sick to the back teeth of him playing players like Doucoure and Harrison who continually do nothing at all to justify their continued selection. At times for the rest of the team it must be like playing with nine players.

Beto has scored more goals this season alone, than broja has since 2022.

Broja is probably more than likely to break down, than he is score, i don't really agree with Beto getting dropped whilst Doucoure walks into the team every week and has been utterly terrible all season.
