Which is what, he's putting the money up, he's done that.

No argument on the money front. Unfortunately, other than Pickford, we wouldn't get half of what we paid for any of the signings.

The club is riddled with incompetents & losers. He's the only man who can change that.

Nothing to do with a lack of ability (though you can certainly reference that as a reason to get rid) but.. let's see what the general consensus is on who should be moved on..

Vote (with your hands and feet).

I have omitted the following from the poll, if you feel strongly about these omissions then.. feel free to criticise.

Pickford, Coleman, Baines (you may wonder if he is injured, finished, fed up), Keane, Bolasie (not fit), Rooney, Walcott, Tosun, Macca (though he's clearly got more injury troubles), Gana, Gylfi, Oumar, Davies, DCL, Lookman, Mirallas (no need to ask), Holgate, Kenny, Robles (known to be leaving) and others out on loan.

Forgot about the Invisible Man - Luke Garbutt.

I've defended Sam Allardyce on here. But the last game against Arsenal? That was all him. He made 5 changes and his tactics were totally wrong. The players performance just highlighted that they had no confidence in the team or the tactics. That's it-

Against Leicester it was a totally different mindset. Time to start playing the winning team and no more chop and changes. I don't care how many times they're played. Just make training lighter for those that have.

Why is Sandro and Klaasen on the poll? One's not even here and the other doesn't get put in the squad by the Six Million Pound Joke. Same for Vlasic. RFM had a leg break and only just returned to training.

Weird choices.

7 men behind the ball with three whippets to lock onto out balls to counter was exactly the way Swansea beat Arsenal only a few days before.

It wasn't the Tactic that were the problem. Sam didn't set them up to go out and tell them to ignore everything he told them or even the basics of how to defend. I personally don't see what any manager can do if the players don't follow instructions and don't have the self respect to even bother their arses.
Some will say drop those who can't be arsed, but we're probably on our 3-4 revolution of dropping those players. We have to put a team out at the end of the day.

It could well be that the same attitude exists in the Dressing Room that exists on here. They think they are too good for Sam and that because the Club only half heatedly signed him in the first place, if they down tools and give it a couple of months, he'll be sacked like the last two managers and they get another unquestioned year of stupidly high wages and terrible performances.

I really don't see what any other manager would do differently, they'd just ignore him as well.

Bad picks

Schneiderlin and Williams can get in the bin forever. Would be happy if neither ever pull on the Royal Blue Jersey again.

The rest have barely been afforded an opportunity, are genuinely past it, or have been injured. Or in the case of Martina, just not that good.

Bit harsh for Jags to be on the list. But everyone knows Schneiderlin will win hands down. No form whatsoever and slow as Christmas. I just don't see what any manager sees in him I really don't.

Martina is playing to his very best that he can, he's a quick non league player, he couldn't give anymore, he's living the dream.

Exactly mate. It’s not like we are still in the FA cup or Europe is it? Why the need to rotate or rest players, when they are only playing once a week? Madness.
