Both very lean meats that can be difficult to cook though.

One of the best things about living down here, apart from the boss weather and lifestyle. Not a big fan of fish but the Barra is fantastic. Get your carcass over here for a holiday to try some out.

I had Bison while in the states, it went very well with a plate of chili fries and a few bottles of Harpoon beer.

Ostrich and bison are both terrific meats.

The chicken madras at Akash in town is certainly a non traditional meat. If I had to guess, I'd say it's probably turtle.
