The footie and the inevitable dull draw before going out on pens (if we're lucky) will be enough without some dull song with Jordan Henderson's gurning face in the video.
Belgium also doesn't have one, but that's because they managed to pick a rapper that sometimes writes misogynist lyrics. In the beginning it was going better than expected, for a whole 3 months nobody said anything - quite a surprise for me. Then one week before the release of the song the women's council finally realized what had happened (idk why they took 3 months to figure that out but hey) and complained. This resulted in the cancellation of the song.
