ain't no easy ride to the top yanno.....it's a journey... you take the punches and setbacks, dust yourself off and learn,,, keep yer mouth shut.. learn the game... show respek.. slowly you gain respek back and start to rise up in the commission .... even then you've not made it.... game is for life..and every day be a lesson y'all
