I’ve watched him enough to see he doesn’t have the physical strength especially against strong defenders and he doesn’t run in behind as often because he’s slow. Almost every Arsenal fan I know rates Auba far above him, 13 league goals in his 2nd season for the “best football of my career” sums him up

If that’s what he said then I’d suggest he played well enough to offer more than just goal scoring considering he scored 27 in 33 one season and 28 in 30 in another whilst in France.

He also won the arsenal player of the season award last season, despite aubameyang getting the golden boot.
