Yes it is an injustice, but surely it's a separate issue? There are "native" people who make less of a contribution than immigrant families. I'd say more English born people seek to be propped up by the government than those who come here to live.

I dont disagree. But we dont need more people from elsewhere adding to the problem we already have.

For example, many people are out on the streets inc ex soldiers etc, and asylum seekers are being given free housing.

There is no reason for any person living in this country to homeless, even the charities like shelter will tell you this. There are at worst shelters and hostels, anyone on the streets in this country is there through choice because they do not want to live by the rules of the shelters etc. So I don't see how asylum seekers are receiving preferential treatment.

Again someone trying to make me look bad. I never said that. I said I feel that we SHOULD look out for fellow man, but I also feel in some cases our own citizens arnt being put first. Someone asked why. I gave an example. Im not trying to OUST anyone. Im just pointing out an injustice. Something which is quite clearly wrong no matter which way you look at it. Im not blaming an immigrant family who gets a free house. What are they gonna do, say no? Im blaming the system and our **** laws.
There is plenty of injustice out there, it's not caused by immigration or asylum seekers though. There will be asylum seekers out there who have had a **** deal from the system and people who are not will also have had a poor deal. You can't suggest one is responsible for the other, no-one any where in this country is looking at the housing stock and deciding to give priority to an asylum seeker ahead of a armed forces veteran.

I don't think you are a bad person just maybe a little too much of your opinion is being formed from sensationalised right wing headlines.

There are too many people in the UK as it is, is the bottom line, too many people looking for jobs to all get them, too many people lookiing for houses to be able to afford them, too many people needing healthcare for the NHS.

Either people need to stop breeding or we need to close the borders. Or both.

Or there's not enough land we're allowed to make use of. Could be that.

Lolz, tarmac the woodland and house the world.

Oh lefties.

In the 50s we could produce enough food to feed our entire population. Since then we've done nothing but increase our population and reduce the amount of food we produce by converting all our farmland into golf courses.

Now we're utterly reliant on external trade just to survive.

In that case all the native English people who don't like this country should get up and leave if they don't like.

Plenty of space in other countries and its all land to live on.
