NHL

I'm not sure Salt Lake will work either. To be perfectly honest I don't think there are any good US markets left for hockey. I don't buy Houston, the demographics aren't there like they weren't there in Atlanta. Then you're looking at cities that support minor/junior hockey fairly well and that's like Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Portland. None of those sound too likely.
It's time to bring back the Quebec Nordiques i'd say.

As Habs are still rebuilding (ha ha ha, it's like that cathedral in Barcelona) it's all the same for me. As long as the Leafs & Bruins won't win it. Carolina is my bet this year.

Fla vs. TB at the moment is dull.

I had Colorado winning it when I went through the matchups. The big upset for me is Vegas beating Dallas in round 1. Not a believer.

Quebec City would immediately be the smallest metropolitan area in the league. Not to mention a lot of people there are diehard Montreal Canadiens fans and will never go to another team's games. They would really struggle.
They would immediately be able to support a team. So would Hamilton. The NHL and Bettman just hate Canada.

Let's move more teams to the US desert instead.
