That penalty given away when SD were punting from their own 5 and giving them auto 1st down was schoolboy error stuff..

The Bengals are the most talented team in the AFC (even with their best player hurt). However they seem to bottle it every time there is a big game.

Normally I'd agree. In fact, every year since 1988 I'd agree. But narrow wins against the Packers, the Patriots and in Detroit... All games they would normally choke.

They're a game back from the Pats and own the head to head tiebreaker - they could yet snatch the no.2 seed away from Brady and Belicheat. Bengals @ Steelers this week and Patriots @ Ravens next week are HUGE games.
