First Super Bowl you remember watching?

I’d say one of the mid 90’s cowboys super bowls . 1st nfl memories definitely 80’s though . I had a cowboys top back when I was a kid .

No its not a free ball. If the punting team gets there first the play is dead from when they touch it. If it heads one of the receiving team and they mess it up the punting team can then regain possession as a fumble. That's why they usually call for a fair catch if a defender is near (That and they dont want to be flattened by a full speed opponent.)
