Surely they will turn it around. The Defence has been really disappointing so far.
I'm not so sure about it. They look like a team who will go 7-10 or 8-9, and at best 9-8. They still have to play the Bills, Rams, Eagles and Cowboys.
The defence is poorly coached and plays soft coverage. They have lost the turnover battle in 5 out of 6 games and never won it. They don't get big plays on special teams but give up very big plays. The offence needs to be run led but it's not the Packers way and MLF and Rodgers don't seem to want to let it happen - for example, they couldn't move the ball at all in the first half yesterday, but Aaron Jones, the best player on offence, got 3 touches. They just don't have the talent at receiver to be the usual deep threat passing Packers side.
It's also not normally the Packers way to make the mid-season trade to fix the area of biggest concern, and go and get the receiver. It's not normally the Packers way to go out and make the big free agency signing, like a Beckham.
I don't think it fixes itself and I think the best case scenario is a 7th seed and one and done in the wildcard round. If I was a betting man, which I'm not, I would bet on them not making the playoffs. If the Vikings don't win the North from here, then they have had a shocker.
