Dallas needs to move on from McCarthy. I'm not sure if Dak can get the job done or not but he's close enough that you should try a different coach and see what happens. They gotta give him more receivers too and for the love of god move on from Zeke.

I'm personally in the camp that Dak is probably just not the guy. He's hot and cold too often and you don't win multiple playoff games like that. I love the guy and wouldn't mind if we try sticking with him another year but I don't see him as a championship QB.

I kind of hold the position that you're unlikely to do much better. But McCarthy you can replace and likely improve on. Give it a go.

Honestly Dan Quinn needs to be the head coach so he isn't going somewhere else.

This, I think, is key - unless he's paired up with a strong QB coach / Offensive Coordinator, he will struggle.

The amount of mindless deep shots he goes for. I don't know whether it's down to the playcalling or whatever, but someone needs to tell him that sometimes 5 yards and a first down is absolutely fine sometimes

Injured or not, Mahomes will play.

Injured or not, the Bengals will treat him as a threat.

His injury makes zero difference to the buildup, when you think about it.
