Who would have thought having Newton back was going to improve the Panthers game this season. But if they play like they did last weekend then we have a chance to beat the Redskins and our former coach.

I have not, where can I find it? I’ve always like Rivera, he was very involved with the Charlotte community doing good things for people in need and meeting with fans. Too bad the Panthers lost to their old boss today but if anyone knows Newton very well is him.

Never have heard anything bad about Rivera over the years. Can't say that about a lot of coaches. Good coach, good player.

A few of the overturns today have been weird

The one on Savage was harsh and decided the game.

That one against the Seahawks was just wrong. If that isn't a clean catch then I obviously don't understand the meaning of the word.

The Chiefs defense is a real NFL defense now. The offense is still bang average at best when teams keep their safeties deep. Another weird team in an utterly bizarre season.

Chiefs justifiably favourites now for the super bowl. They give the impression of a juggernaut. Wouldn’t be shocked if they ran the table from here.

The only reasonable conclusions seem to be that no one is that good and that the Lions, as usual, stink. Unless somebody emerges, the playoffs will be wide open. If the Chiefs keep holding teams under 20, they'll be tough to stop. Pretty big 'if' in the NFL.

How soon we forget nearly winning a Super Bowl. It's not like you guys are the Lions or the Browns. Crazy to see Colt McCoy winning NFL games, though last week was a stinker.

I’d say the Cardinals history is fairly similar to the Lions. Utter garbage most seasons. Even in that year with the Super Bowl run, they won nine games in the regular season.
Pre-Super Bowl era, the Browns were dominant with Otto Graham and Jim Brown.
Don’t deserve to be lumped in with the Cardinals or Lions
