No one explained the replay situation at the end of regulation very well. I’ve seen this happen before and I’m pretty sure the referee was waiting to see if Seattle could spike the ball and stop the clock before it ran out. If they couldn’t, then the game is over and they don’t need to review the previous play.

The idea is that the referees don’t want to rescue a team scrambling to beat the clock by calling for a replay review. Once the Seahawks got the ball spiked with a second left, they were free to go back and review the last play.

A few questionable calls from the bits I saw on redzone

You can't punt the ball on 4th down at midfield in overtime though. Far too conservative a call in a game where both teams were moving the ball pretty easily.

Yeah, the punt was terrible

Can't punt there when the defence is exhausted and already couldn't get a midfield stop and the cowboys only needed short yardage for the win

I don't get why people are so high on their defense though

Maybe i have had too many years of Miles Garrett killing the Bengals Oline to rate their defence highly.

I just think they have one of the best olines in the league, the best running back tandem and lets say decent receivers they should be putting up big time points. But they don't and i think that's on Baker. Also he is a little bit chokey in the big games too/
